USA TODAY Cars Automotive Hub Campaign

USA TODAY launched a new hub designed to guide car shoppers through every stage of the vehicle-buying journey—from research and comparison to final purchase. The campaign positioned the hub as a trusted destination where consumers could confidently begin and complete their automotive search.

The creative concept visualized this journey as a winding road that evolved through different stages of life, pairing relatable questions and vehicle options with changing priorities along the way. The campaign rolled out through a 15-second preroll video featured before news stories and a series of rotating digital ads, each highlighting how the hub supports consumers’ unique needs at every stage of life.

ROLES IN PROJECT:

  • Contributed to early creative development, including discovery, research, concepting, and ideation.

  • Developed initial design concepts and polished mockups to guide project direction.

  • Created detailed storyboards to communicate visual flow and secure stakeholder approval before production.

  • Designed final layouts and graphic elements for use across digital ads and video campaigns.

  • Collaborated closely with the animator to refine and deliver final production-ready files.
