Murder on Music Row

Part of the WITNESS true crime collection, Murder on Music Row revisits the 1989 double homicide that shocked Nashville’s music industry. The visual direction centers on a vinyl record pierced by a bullet hole—an image that captures the collision of art and violence at the heart of the story. The result is a bold, cohesive design that aligns with the WITNESS brand and amplifies the power of investigative storytelling.

ROLES IN PROJECT:

  • Participated in early creative development, including discovery, research, concepting, and ideation.

  • Developed initial design concepts and refined mockups to establish creative direction.

  • Designed and assembled the final presentation deck to secure stakeholder approval prior to production.

  • Created final layouts and graphic elements for use across print, digital ads, email, and video campaigns.

  • Reformatted and optimized final artwork for seamless integration across podcast platforms such as Google, Spotify, and Apple.
